Testing

In an hour I'm going to the gym to see a trainer for a sort of check-up. I don't know if I'll be weighed etc. but I think so, most of all I'm going to get help develop a weight lifting routine.

My goals are a fat percentage of 20% and enough muscle to look like I work out. I don't care much about my weight in kgs.
