Do you know the feeling?

Do you ever eat something and then feel really bad about it, even if it wasn't that bad? And then you go the rest of the day arguing whether you should feel bad or not, and if you need to compensate. The worst thing is when you don't know how many kcal it contained either, then you're calculating all day, all the kcal of the ingredients, estimating the weight of what you ate, etc. Or if you do know the kcal content, if it was okay for you to eat that much or not...

Well, today I chose not to have the pasta that was served, because it didn't seem all to appetizing, especially not with the cream sauce.
So I went to a nearby shopping centre and got a sandwich. It was one of the healthiest ones there, with turkey/sallad filling, but it was still a white bun, with quite a lot of butter on it (at least it wasn't mayonaise), and even though it was pretty big I ate the whole thing, something I never usually do! But kcal wise I think it was ok, I estimated it to 450 kcal. So I guess it's okay. Deep breath.
