The past three days have been horrid.
Today I decided that I need a break. Also, I hurt my toe, and today would have been school hike. It was a long inner monologue weighing kcal I'd lose vs disinterest, but in the end I decided to stay home.
I weight again, and I thought I would have gained everything I lost last week back, but I actually only gained 0.2 kg, leaving 0.4 kg to my part-goal.
Today I'm gonna focus on being nice to myself, de-stress, eat relatively healthily but not restrict too much. I just need to get back on track.
